Headquartered in Keene, N.H., C&S Wholesale Grocers is the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the United States, serving more than 14,000 stores across the country. Ensuring every department and store has the printed pieces they need, when they need them, is no easy task. The C&S Print Shop’s offer offset printing, high-speed digital printing, full-service bindery, garment printing and professional graphic design services. Altogether, the shops are operating with over 20 different printing devices across the various print technologies and formats. This work includes forms, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, indoor and outdoor signage, posters and apparel. The C&S Print Shop’s embody the definition of convergence in the modern print industry. Product Terms & Conditions
Shipping and Handling
Orders will be shipped ground service via UPS or Fedex. Normal delivery will vary from 5-10 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to shortages of materials. Although we stock all products, it is possible that we could be out of inventory on an item which will delay shipment. Purchaser will be notified if this situation arises.
Inspection and Acceptance
Customer shall report all claims for damage, shortage or errors in shipping within two (2) days following delivery to Customer. You should keep all original packaging material and file a claim with the carrier. While we are not responsible for the cost of replacement materials or freight expenses for goods damaged in transit, we will ship replacement product and bill Customer accordingly pending claim results. Customer shall have seven (7) days from the date Customer receives any products to inspect such products and services for defects and nonconformance which are not due to damage, shortage or errors in shipping and notify us, in writing, of any defects, nonconformance or rejection of such products. After such seven (7) day period, Customer shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted. After such acceptance, Customer shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. Customer hereby agrees that such seven (7) day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.
Product and Other Liability
CSWG will make all reasonable efforts to ensure catalog information is correct; however, it is possible errors may occur. CSWG is not liable for misprints or other errors in this catalog. We stand behind the quality of its products, claims will be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective items, or product credit at our discretion. CSWG is not responsible for consequential damages resulting from the proper or improper use of our products. The purchaser assumes all risk of liability and damages due to use of the products. CSWG reserves the right to discontinue, or change the design, price, materials, and manufacturing process of items without notice.
Return Merchandise Policy
Sign holders: All return requests must be within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be authorized and an authorization number must be issued by CSWG. Unauthorized returns will be refused. A 15% service charge is made on all returns. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Posters & Promotional materials: Posters & Promotional materials are printed on an “as needed” basis and are not returnable.
Terms Incorporated by Reference
These terms are our normal basis of business and are incorporated by reference in any contract, order or purchase.
